Our new Roscoe Village store features a great selection of goat cheeses that we've selected by hand from local artisan cheese makers and famous Ohio Amish cheese producers here in the heart of Ohio Amish country.  We are always discovering new goat cheeses to re-stock and refresh our collection almost every day. 

A Note From Our Chef: 

Goat cheese is lower in fat, feels "lighter".   In fresh styles it is tangier with lemon/citrus flavors and it is more prone to "barny" flavors (makes you think of the animal).  Try a creamy goat cheese mixed with fresh thyme and lemon zest, then spread on crostini or flatbread and top with a smidge of tomato preserves.  It is an easy and elegant hors' dourve.
